What it is

You begin with one wheat field outside Athens and fifty gold. From that, an empire — seven legendary cities, a hero to arm, the beasts of Greek myth to put down, and an endless sea of colonies waiting beyond Olympus.

What you do

• Plant 18 crops across seven cities, refine them, and sell at the market
• Train a hero and forge gear through 14 tiers
• Fight the Nemean Lion, the Hydra, the Minotaur, the Sphinx and the Titans in real time
• Defend every city you free from raiding monsters
• Found colonies and send a fleet on trade runs, pirate hunts and voyages of discovery
• Ascend, spend Favor on the blessings of the gods, and go further next run
